1. To create a harmonious effect or result
2. To become merged into one; unite
3. The mixing together of different batches of beer to create a final product

High Cotton is “blending” the refreshing brews from local brewery, Westbrook and the delicious dishes from Executive Chef Joe Palma for a Saturday Beer Lunch to remember! Join us on Saturday, February 2nd at 12 pm for a three course lunch with pairings provided by Westbrook Brewery.

Founder/CEO and Brewer Edward Westbrook along with Casey Lee of Advintage Distributors will be on-hand to provide in depth information about the brews featured, the brewing process and any questions guests may have.

Westbrook Brewing Company just celebrated its second anniversary and shows no signs of slowing down. Their mission is to make the most interesting, drinkable and generally awesome beer possible and we think they are doing just that! High Cotton regularly has a Westbrook on draft- currently the India Pale Ale IPA- and really enjoys the flavors, styles and brewing techniques used in all their brews.

The lunch is $35 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made calling 843-724-3815.
